The Last King of Scotland

Marvelous, Wonderful, Excellent, Brilliant!!! A wonderful movie depicting the reality behind the life of Idi Amin. More than the life behind his brutal tactics, the representation of Amin as a jovial, fun filled, extremely happy person through the eyes of young Dr. Nicholas Garrigan, makes you believe that Idi Amin Dada (original name), in fact had two faces. While McAvoy (of Becoming Jane) charmed his presence and skill in every scene (equally competitive was Whitaker), Whitaker totally dumb founded the media world using his sheer brilliance. Truly he deserved the Oscar. If One Day in September (Watch this before watching Munich - another master piece) showed Kevin Macdonald's way of narrating truth, this one shows his skill to depict facts.

I would give it a score of 9/10. I would give it a 9.5 if they had not wasted initial minutes in showing McAvoy's playful mood with Gillian Anderson. This is a movie I recommend people to see. (note there are some gory truth involved in the movie)
